Q: Is it ok to make customer's own design?

Q: When can you finish the quote?
A: Hello dear, it will take about 1-3 working days. Thanks.
Q: Why taking a long time to quote the price?

A: Hello dear, everyday we have over 50 customers ask for quote.

When making the quotation we should think of scale, technics and how to save cost for customer.

And we should send the price list to the director for approval before sending to customer. All the jobs will take time,

hope you could understand. Thanks.

Q: Can you do FOB or CNF?
A: Hello dear, yes we can based on the trade terms: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF. Thanks.
Q: Can you send me your catalogue and price list?

A: Hello dear, we could send you the E-catalogue but we do not have regular price list.

Cause we are a custom factory, the price will be quoted based on client's requirements,

like: size, color, quantity, material etc. Thanks.

Q: How many days for sample production? And how much for the samples?
A: Hello dear, it will take about 25 days for the samples production.
The sample cost will be 3 times of unit price, the over paid (2 times) of the selected items will be refunded when bulk order was placed. Thanks.
Q: Why your price is higher than other supplier?

A: Hello dear, for the custom made furniture, it's not reasonalbe to compare the price only based on the photoes.

Different price will be different production method, technics, structure and finish. Sometimes,

quality can not be seen only from outside you should check the inner construction.

It's better that you come to our factory to see the quality first before comparing the price. Thanks.


Q: Can you quote different material for my choosing?

A: Hello dear, we can use different kinds of material to make the furniture. But we do not have  enough time to

quote all the materials. If you are not sure using which kind of material, it's better that you could tell us your budget

like our old customer then we will recommend for your accordingly. Thanks.

Q: Will you send the shop drawing for approval? And how long can you finish the drawings?
A: Hello dear, yes we will send you the shop drawing for approval after received the deposit.
It will take about 3-7 days for issuing the detail drawings. Thanks.
Q: Can you do upholstered furniture based on BS 5852 or CA 117 standard fire retardant?
A: Hello dear, yes we can do those treatments as per client's requirements. Thanks.
Q: Can you export hotel furniture to USA directly?

A: Hello dear, if we export the hotel furniture to USA directly, customer will have the anti-dumping problem.

So customer can find the trading company who can handle this problem. Thanks.

Q: How is the production capacity of your company?
A:  Hello dear, 800 sets hotel room furniture per month. Thanks.
Q: Do you have showroom for choosing the design?
A: Hello dear, yes we have a 2000 M2 showroom in our factory.

Q: Do you have warranty for the furnitures?
A: Hello dear, two years guarantee for main structure of the furniture and offer life time consulation on problems occurred. Thanks.
Q: How many years can the furnitures be used for?

Q: Are you the factory? And how many QC do you have?
